SHIPPING:

Domestic and International shipping options are available. Live shipping quotes will be generated at check-out. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your order, just submit a return request within 7 days of receipt.

- All returned items must be in its original condition.
- Damaged items and items received after the return deadline may be denied.
- All sale items are non-returnable.
- Returns or Exchanges are not provided for sports bra and bottom products for sanitary reasons.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

RETURN PROCEDURES:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO SENDING BACK. Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide you a FREE return label via e-mail.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. 

RETURN PROCESSING:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
